Plot: A movie director lures Spider-Woman and Spider-Man into a battle with a giant spider so that he can secretly film the battle for his latest movie.

Review (Warning! Spoilers!): Spider-Man guest stars in his second episode of the series, the first one being Pyramids of Terror. But Spider-Man doesn't really do a whole lot except talk big. He doesn't use his webs, he doesn't use his super strength, he doesn't use his spider-sense, in fact, the only thing he really does in this episode is climb walls!

Throughout the first half of the episode, the Spider-Duo are battling a giant spider in the Kongo (I know, it's misspelled). As the viewer, I thought that the spider was a robot, made by the director for his movie. After all, we see that the natives are actors and their village is a movie set, why wouldn't the spider be fake as well?

But later on, Spider-Woman uses her spider-telepathy to control the spider. So it was real after all? Apparently so. Which begs the question, why didn't Spider-Woman control the giant spider with her telepathy in the first place? Wouldn't that have been the easier solution? And wouldn't the real news story be that there is a FREAKING HUGE SPIDER IN THE KONGO?!

The second half of the episode is far less entertaining as the director flees the Kongo and continues to shoot his movie using a robot spider in Paris. This reminds me of the last episode in which the second half of the episode took a dramatic turn.

Many of the voices in this show are unknown. There are many people credited at the end but it is unsure as to which parts they play. I think that Spider-Man sounds a lot like Arnold Stang. Any thoughts? Do you know who any of the voices in this series are?
