They all look rather similar but I guess my favorite is the Justice League Unlimited one, Also the Superman: Doomsday Lex Luthor is pretty good.
The most interesting thing to me is how much younger Lex got over the years.
He looks about 50 in the first pic, maybe 40 in the next few and about 30 once he hits the nineties. The last few, especially in The Batman pic, he looks like he's in his twenties.
My vote goes for Super Friends Lex. Classic!
