Volume Three from Lionsgate Entertainment will be released on November 3 and will probably contain another four or five episodes.
If you are in Canada, you can pick up the special Canadian exclusive Wolverine and the X-Men, Season One - Volume Two, also released today, which features four episodes and better cover art.However, those of you in Canada may want to hold off buying the latter because Liberation Entertainment has announced that they will be releasing Wolverine and the X-Men, the Complete First Season on September 15 only in Canada!
This will be a five-disc set and will be packaged in a Steelbook case!

Not sure. Someone posted on the Marvel Animation Forum that it had aired, and looking online, I saw that people had leaked it on certain websites.
