Review (Warning! Spoilers!): Continuing the adventures first told in The Incredible Hulk #1, Bruce Banner comes to grips with his monstrous alter ego. The drawings in this chapter are very dynamic, even more so than in the first chapter. The limited animation doesn't even really add anything because Jack Kirby has laid everything out so nicely.
In this chapter we are introduced to the Gorgon, who is called the Gargoyle in the comics. I'm not sure why he got a name change, but he also got a colour change, being orange in this episode rather than grey like in the comics.
They really build up the Gorgon as being this very mean, very evil, very scary villain, but the Gorgon doesn't do anything that would even come close to being intimidating! You'll see this in the next chapter especially. He's short and grumpy. That's about it.
