People forget that the Scarecrow is the symbol of fear and that makes him one of Batman&#39;s top enemies. I like the third animated series version because he&#39;s actually scary looking. It&#39;s hard to make him scary with an actual &quot;scarecrow&quot; look. The best one was in the comics by Jeff Loeb and Tim Sale.
